What if we related to one another from our gifts vs. our age, sex, or the color of our skin? The concept of discerning our skills from our superpowers came from a of conversation with my uncle who asked "Why do you really think people are hiring you?"
Originally a 16-week workshop for the students of CalPoly San Luis Obispo, it is now condensed into a workshop format, most recently at NeueHouse Venice Beach and for the executive at The Board. The interactive session helps you identify and name your unique gifts along with the consequences and burden of having them. You will learn strategies on how to build identity around your unique talents and team up with people who have complimentary gifts.
