R37 Immersive Music Gatherings
The first R37 was held on April 27, 2024 at FCCLA, a church with a massive 17,000-pipe surround sound organ.
The concept was to create a gathering with multiple intermissions where attendees and performers were able to co-mingle in an unfolding immersive musical landscape from gospel organ to modular synthesis. There were no boundaries for seating or interaction.
Performers included Robot Koch, Steward Cole, Brandon T. Williams, Christoph Bull, Sheila Del Bosque, DJ Jeremy Sole, Julianna Glasse, and myself. Keep an eye out for the next R37 in 2025.
